The gold selector is a complete, portable device.
First, the excavator feeds the raw materials on the vibrating screen, and the crushed stones are discharged from the rear after being cleaned by high-pressure water, and the feed particle size reaches 30-50cm. Smaller particles fall to the second layer for separation. After the second layer is screened, the sand-water mixture flows into three independent adjustable chutes for gold selection and enrichment. The chute can be adjusted by the hanger angle, left and right balance, in order to adapt to different terrain and working conditions to achieve the maximum recovery rate.
Cleaning the gold selection machine is simple, fast and efficient, and the gold selection pad can be quickly removed for washing. When the equipment is transferred to the field, it only needs to be dragged by the excavator.
Drive system
The gold selector is 100% hydraulically driven and thus does not require any electrical power. The system is directly driven by a hydraulic motor, with no belt or chain drive, which means that many transmission mechanisms are reduced. The hydraulic drive system reduces fuel consumption and reduces mechanical losses.
